加入陜西延長石油榆林能源化工有限公司
工作內容：
1) 管理儲備（2010.9-2011.2）
u 完成空氣分離(A2000)和煤氣化(180萬噸/年)工藝培訓，包括工藝流程、設備和工藝原理。
u 通過甲醇合成和甲醇制烯烴工藝學習。
u 完成30萬噸/年淤漿聚丙烯工藝培訓，包括工藝、設備、產能調整、現場操作和DCS操作。
2) 裝置班長(聚乙烯) （2011.2-2012.4）
u 完成30萬噸/年線性低密度聚乙烯工藝學習，包括工藝流程、重要設備、工藝原理、DCS操作和現場操作。
u 新裝置工藝數據包翻譯與整理。
u 編寫聚乙烯裝置操作規程。
u 制定新員工安全和工藝培訓計劃, 工藝學習考試和審核。
u 協助主管完成工藝培訓以及與培訓單位溝通協調，如延安煉油廠和揚子石化廠。
2、2012.4-2014.2：
加入空氣化工產品（淄博）有限公司
工作內容：
1) 領班操作技術員（2012.4-2013.3）
u 通過空氣分離裝置工藝培訓，包括空氣壓縮、預冷、變壓/變溫吸附、精餾、氬回收以及液氧液氮輸送。
u 空氣分離裝置操作與調整，完成日常巡檢和處理異常工況。
u 進行空氣分離裝置啟動和停車，安排停車期間完成的維修工作。
u 通過安全工作許可證認證。
u 主管變更管理，通過與工藝工程師協作完成工藝變更評估、可行性分析和工藝安全分析。
u 提交工藝變更，批準之后跟蹤變更的實施，在關閉前領導完成操作準備檢查，存檔所有相關文件和對工藝變更所有涉及的人員培訓。
u 主管AP系統審核管理，確保執行AP所有的安全要求，管理現場安全以滿足AP的全球安全標準。
u 主管合規性管理，確保要求的檢查和更新按計劃完成。

Job Content：
1) Lead operator（2012.4-2013.3）
u Pass Air Separation Unit technology training, including Air compressed, Pre-cooling, PSA/TSA, Distillation, Argon Recovery, Liquid Oxygen and Nitrogen loading.
u Air Separation Unit operating and adjusting, complete routing looking around and handling abnormal process condition.
u Air Separation Unit startup and shut down, arrange maintenance which should be done during plant s/d.
u Pass Safe Work Permit (SWP) certification.
u Take charge of Management of Change (MOC), complete process changes assessment, feasibility analysis and process safety analysis by working with process project engineer.
u Submit process changes, follow up implementation after the changes approved, lead Operation Readiness Inspection (ORI) before closed, save all relevant documents and complete training anyone involved.
u Take charge of Air Products Systems Assessment Management (APSAM), ensure to execute all AP’s safety requirements, and manage site safety to match AP’s global safety standards.
