摘要: 為對不同類型的海上油氣生產(chǎn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢驗和維修決策,引入可針對維修資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置、以可靠性為中心的維修(RCM)技術(shù).該技術(shù)的一個重要特征就是采用故障模式與影響分析(FMEA)方法對故障模式做優(yōu)先級的排序.在FMEA 中,引入熵權(quán)理論計算客觀權(quán)重,強(qiáng)化了指標(biāo)對各故障模式的貢獻(xiàn)程度,弱化了指標(biāo)間的相似性,更好地體現(xiàn)出各指標(biāo)的相對重要性,同時采用模糊數(shù)理論計算模糊風(fēng)險排序數(shù).最后針對主要的故障模式提出維修決策,優(yōu)化了資源配置,從而實現(xiàn)海上油氣生產(chǎn)裝置設(shè)備的有效管理.
Abstract: For the decision-making concerning inspection and maintenance of different types of offshore oil and gas production facilities,reliability centered maintenance(RCM) technique,which can optimize the maintenance resources, was applied in this analysis. A typical RCM analysis is to obtain the precedence order of failure modes based on failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA) method. By introducing the entropy theory to calculate the objective weights,the FMEA increased the contribution of the factors to each failure mode,reduced the similarity of the factors, and reflected the relative importance of each factor. In the mean time,the fuzzy risk ranking number was calculated according to fuzzy number theory. Finally,maintenance policy was made due to the primary failure mode. As a result,the effective management for offshore oil and gas production facilities was accomplished as well.
